CANCELLATION POLICY

Scheduled treatments are reserved especially for you. 24 hour advance notice is required in order to cancel any service with no charge(except services that require non-refundable deposits). If your appointment is not cancelled within this notification period, your appointment is considered confirmed.  Any changes or cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice to your appointments start time are subject to full payment of the scheduled service. Text and email reminders are sent out 48 hours prior to all scheduled services to allow time to reschedule or cancel if needed. Please note that deposits are non-refundable and by scheduling services that require deposits, you are agreeing to this policy. 

Full payment is required for the following conditions:

- Less than 24-hour notification to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

- Late arrivals.

- No-show or missed appointments.

DEPOSITS

Due to the high appointment demand, all full sets, new client fills, and lash lift appointments require a deposit to secure a booking. The amount will be deducted from the final cost. Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred up to 2 times before losing the deposit as long as the cancelation is made within 48 hours from the scheduled service. . 

LATE ARRIVALS

All appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for each service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience. Please be aware that late arrivals will not be afforded extension of scheduled treatments. Treatments will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment and you will be responsible for payment for the full service.

ARRIVALS

When arriving to your scheduled treatment, please have a seat outside of my door. Please DO NOT knock or enter the room as you may be interrupting someone else's scheduled service. 

APPOINTMENTS

Please arrive to all scheduled appointments with clean lashes. You may bring headphones and listen to music, audio books, or podcasts if you would like to deepen your relaxation. Children and pets are not permitted as they may be a safety hazard. Please avoid caffeine prior to your appointment as it may cause your eyelids to flutter and make lashing difficult. Sleeping and snoring are welcome! 

 

FILLS vs FULL SETS

Fills are required every 2-3 weeks. You must have 40% of your extensions remaining to be considered for a fill service. If you do not have 40% of your extensions left, you must schedule a full set. Any fill services scheduled over the 4 week mark from a previous appointment must schedule a full set. There are no exceptions to this rule. 
 

SCHEDULING

All scheduling is done online through a scheduling service. Please be aware that is it your responsibility to remember to schedule your own appointments. It is advised to schedule 2-4 appointments in advance to ensure availability. My books are open 45 days in advance to allow you to time to schedule. 

-Cherry picking or overbooking is not allowed. Please only schedule appointments you intend to keep. 

-Failure to pay for missed or late cancelations will result in suspension from all booking services until payments are made in full. 

-Rescheduling is welcome, but please avoid excessive rescheduling as this can affect scheduling for others.
